World of Asphodel
The Sarathi are an ancient serpent race, once co-rulers of a vast empire alongside their lizardfolk cousins. Their civilization predates the founding of most human kingdoms by millennia. Now reduced to scattered enclaves — the largest being the Sserakai Enclave — the Sarathi carry the weight of a fading legacy. Their sinuous forms, scaled skin, and hypnotic eyes mark them as both wondrous and unsettling to other races.
